SHIPPING

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed.

How long does it take to ship?

Standard shipping time tends to be 3-5 business days.

What are your shipping rates?

All US orders under $100 are flat rate $7.95 for shipping.

All US orders over $100 ship free.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time.

Do you offer local pickup?

We do offer local pickup within the Omaha, NE area.

Please select Local Pickup as a shipping option if you wish to use this method of shipping.

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

We accept STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of receiving the order.

How do I initiate a return?

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

What if an item is damaged/defective?

If you received an item that is damaged or defective please send us an email with a photo of the item within 3 days of receiving the item. We will then handle matters on a case by case basis.

What if my item is lost/stolen?

We know that these things can happen. Unfortunately, once the item has left our establishment it is out of our control. Please contact us to let us know the order is missing and we will do our best to help you locate the order.
